Work Breakdown Structure

The LBNE Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a means of organizing the Project by major items of equipment and impact for the Project. By using sub-groups to categorize each Sub-project, the exercise of costing the Project more efficiently becomes simpler. The WBS is a way to map out the associations of each task in a defined and organized fashion. The following WBS shows the LBNE Project with each associated Sub-project down to the Level 4 detail.
